Charles Moncure headshot
Charles P. Moncure, Jr., Partner

Mr. Moncure co-founded Dominion Partners in 1996. He has been active in working with middle market companies on capital raising and mergers and acquisition advisory assignments throughout his career. Mr. Moncure began his career in 1984 with NCNB, a predecessor organization to Bank of America. Originally based in the investment banking group in Charlotte, Mr. Moncure moved to Dallas following Bank of America's acquisition of First Republic Bank and established an investment banking operation, which eventually employed more than 65 professionals covering the southwest and western United States. He departed Bank of America in 1993 as a Senior Vice President and Director in the Corporate Finance Group, to join what is now Truist Securities in Richmond. Mr. Moncure is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College and earned an M.B.A. from Indiana University. He is active at Randolph-Macon College, where he has served as a trustee and chaired the Board of Associates, Presidents Society and Yellow Jacket Club Advisory Board. He currently serves on the board of Shrine Mont, an Episcopal Diocese retreat, volunteers delivering meals for Feed More, and tutoring for The READ Center.

Frederick T. Naschold, Partner

Mr. Naschold, also a co-founder of Dominion Partners, L.C., has over 40 years of investment banking experience focused principally on middle-market companies in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast. His activities have included mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private debt, mezzanine, and equity financings, as well as public offerings of a variety of securities. Mr. Naschold worked with predecessor organizations of Truist Securities and Wells Fargo Securities for twenty years before co-founding Dominion. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University. Mr. Naschold is a charter member and past president of the Rotary Club of Short Pump. He served on the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls Board of Associates for over a decade and was a founding director and member of the executive committee of the University of Richmond Alumni Association.

Mr. Saxman joined Dominion Partners in June 2023. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in international economics and business with a concentration in finance at Randolph-Macon College.
